1. The Service

Craft & Bloom Studio is a business management platform that helps makers and herbalists organize formulas, batches, inventory, orders, customers, and marketing content.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• Paid plans (Seedling, Maker, Apothecary, Studio) are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe at the rates displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change with notice.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of the formulas, business data, and content you enter into the Service. You grant us the limited right to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other users' data, sending unauthorized bulk email through the platform, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Craft & Bloom Studio does not provide medical, legal, or regulatory advice; you are solely responsible for ensuring your formulas, labels, and products comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craft & Bloom Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
